Pre-course Requirements

You are expected to have the following prior knowledge before starting this course:

  • Know the plan, do, check, act cycle (PDCA)

  • Be knowledgeable about the structure and content of ISO 9001

  • Have a firm grasp of ISO 9001 standards. (Note that students without prior knowledge may not be successful in this course.)

  • Know the relationship between customer satisfaction and quality management

  • Understand the process and approach used in quality management

  • Know the commonly used terms and definitions and the 8 Quality Management principles in the ISO 9001 management system

  • Know quality management system-based process

Course Duration

This course takes five days to complete, plus exams.

Course Time

9:00am to 5:00pm daily (tea break starts at 11:00am and runs till 11:30am, while lunch starts at 1:00pm).

Course Fee

₦180,000.00 (one hundred and eighty thousand naira). You can pay in 2 installments.

Examination and Evaluation Criteria

Participants shall be evaluated through:

  • Continuous Assessments – Participants will be evaluated every day of the training, via group discussion, workshops, role play, punctuality, take-home exercise, class room participation, attendance, contribution in class, etc. The qualifying mark is 60%

  • Examination – Participants will write A 2-hour final examination on the last day of training. The qualifying marks is 70%
